That takes me to a sign in page and I can't sign in. When you can't access a google account, you lose: emails, contacts, calendar, photos, documents, and any subscriptions such as apps, movies, games, music and TV shows.
If you have more than one backup phone number for receiving a code, I think you should be able to choose otherwise what's the point?
