Check he NewEgg reviews for any motherboard that you are considering using.
Also, with high heat, dust, and humidity, and with your problematic electrical power utility, additional preventive maintenance would be helpful in prolonging the life of electronic equipment. Making sure that all equipment is plugged into a UPS with surge suppression would also be a good idea.
