1. Which towers does Consumer Cellular use?
Consumer Cellular is powered by the AT&T and T-Mobile networks to provide wireless coverage at competitive prices.
Then I found this which sums things up.
2. Consumer Cellular is changing SIM cards because they are moving from AT&T’s network to T-Mobile’s network. This change is due to the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint. The new SIM cards will be compatible with both networks and will allow customers to take advantage of T-Mobile’s 5G network.
