NEW PROBLEM.
This is a situation that I have never experienced before. My Wife has a Dell 3477 Inspiration AIO. The hard drive has failed. So I do as I have done before, break it down, remove hard drive & so forth. This time, I could not find a hard drive. The hard drive tray was empty. I had never been involved in such a situation before. After doing some research, I found out that it had a Gaming Drive Disque. Totally new to me... So I go to Best-Buy & purchase a new SSD Game Drive. After installing the new drive & re-asemble the AIO, I try to install windows 10, using a thumb drive with the media creation tool. When I try to boot, I get PXE over IPX4 or PXE over IPX6...
I go into the Bios & disable these to thinking that would resolve the problem. No dice.. I am totally at a loss here. I try to use the F12 boot order & no USB option is available. When I boot I get this message from the Dell support Assist: "CANNOT FIND ENABLED BOOT DEVICE/MEDIA." This is a situation where no one is too old to learn something new. I really need help on this one....Thanks for your time..............
