Ah, that's an older build of Win10.
I thought you said the SSD was in a MB slot? The Kingston A400 is a 2.5" SATA SSD.
You could try disconnecting the other drives one at a time and see if that helps.
As for Task Manager, click on the Performance tab. See if anything is at a high %
