Ram upgrade - Sys.ini question

I upgraded my RAM to 320mb. Letting Windows manage the virtual memory and in the System.ini under [386Enh] I have
ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1
Is this where I should be?

I am not a gamer (Solitare and Jongg) and only do a little Adobe Photoshop stuff. (The only reason I went with so much ram is, it's so cheap ($20/128mb and no shipping from Crucial)
