Is Restoro yet another utility? If it were free I'd try it. But after the initial scan it wants subscriptions, which are pricey enough to raise the cynic in me. Oh yeah? another utility? I don't think so. IT does a pretty deep dive into the computer's guts I can say that from watching it work.
