Sandboxie with Sticky Password (SPW) password manager

Correction: I'm getting all the updates, but some refuse to install.

I tried some of the sandboxes. Waterfox won't run with Shade, although that looked like the easiest to use. It starts, then shuts off. Shade runs with FF 52.9ESR, but WF has all the recent security updates because it doesn't expire.

One sandbox is discontinued, one is for big companies, etc. The last I tried was Comodo Firewall, which contains a sandbox. They're offering phone support, so I think this is only free-to-try or the support is AI. And I'd rather get support here

Turned off my Glasswire Firewall and installed Comodo, rebooted. "Contained" Waterfox and Sticky Password.

3--If I do the virtual machine outlined in the Lifewire article, does it virtualize everything except the system files, or can I choose just certain programs> I've never done this.
