possibly, midknyte. someone accidently upgraded one of the windows 7 machines here to 10 early in the spring. since there were no major problems i figured i might as well do them all. i figured it will save us money since it's currently free. also, i might as well bite the bullet now when i have free time to deal with any problems. this being the only problem i've had only because i'm the only one that uses multiple printers

but back to the batch file ...

it seems to work just fine. not that i expected it not to! i have no IT savvy friends so i rely on all of you here to be my IT friends!
