    Power Down - See Continual Update-Restart/Update-Shutdown

    This is strange. Every time I go to power down my computer, I see this menu

    Couldn't attach a screen shot, but when I power down I see FOUR choices...

    1. Sleep
    2. Update and Shut Down
    3. Shut Down
    4. Update and restart.
    5. Restart
    Everytime I go to shut down or restart the system...I always see them when I click the power button.

    This is in Windows 10
