Red face Question on copying and paragraphing text

Is there a way to format or layout text when you copy it from some page that when you copy it and paste it, it leaves it in short sentences instead of running across in a full length on a 8.5x 11 layout? Some times when i copy something to print it the sentences may be 4" long and you have to cut and paste them to regular layout?

What application are you pasting the text into?

If you use Notepad, you can select Word Wrap.

If you use Word or Wordpad, you should get automatic wordwrap, then you can select your paper size and margins. Note that it can make a difference with Word on what your default printer is set to. You can also select Paste Special, Unformatted Text.
