OE6 log-on
What ho one and all,
I honestly do not think that I have installed anything nor tweaked any settings. However, in the last few days, my e-mail (OE^ / XP pro) requests a log-on. Usually, it will send outgoing but require the log-on to receive incoming.
I actually have three account set up, mine (@talk21.com) my wife's (@ talk21.com) and a gmail a/c. Both t21 require log-on. For the past five years or so, it has never been needed. i have done a system restore, to no avail. I have been Googleing the issue and tried a few account tweaks, but zilch.

How do I get the auto log-on back?
Toodle pip and thanks
What if the Hokey Cokey IS what it's all about?

The following link may contain some useful information.

I assume that you have not changed any settings, and that BT has not helpfully altered their settings requirements for you either.
The User Name would normally be your e-mail address, not what is shown in your image. You could try unchecking the setting to remember your password in the Outlook Express settings, exiting OE, then restart OE, and re-enter the user name, password and check the box to save to see what happens.
