Problem deleting a folder
What ho one and all,
I have three HDD installed in my computer which is running XP Pro.
On the third HDD, there is one folder that is empty, listed with 0 bytes but I cannot delete it. Every time, I get an Access denied; make sure the disk is not full or wite protected.
It is neither. I have tried a variety of programs to delete on next boot, etc, but nothing works. Even using DOS, access is denied.
What next?
Toodle Pip and thanks
Rex
What if the Hokey Cokey IS what it's all about?

Take ownership of the folder, then you should be able to remove it.

It would also help if you specified the name of the folder. There are some folders that you can't delete.
