Laptop crashing
I have a Toshiba Model PSMKCA laptop. Frequently (about every 40 mins) when I am using the internet it crashes.
Screen freezes and I have no mouse control. Only way to restore is to remove battery and then reinsert.
I am using Windows 7 with ie browser.
Any help please.

Does it crash when you use a different browser? What if you just leave it on and idle for 40 minutes? What happens if you press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds when it crashes?
You could use something lik SpeedFan to check the temperatures for an overheating condition.

Thanks for your help. I have changed to Google Chrome and all is great and much faster. When I installed Chrome it did say that I had a couple of corrupted files from previous browser.
So all is fixed and I am happy. Once again thankyou.
