Have you tried Revo Uninstaller Freeware Portable both normal and Safe mode.
    http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_..._download.html

I just prefer the portable as it does not install.

Trying to uninstall in saf mode and i get this message:

The Windows Insaller Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support persona for assistance.

If needed i will try that other program tonight unless someone else has another solution possibly to address this Windows Installer issue.

Well i just had enough time to give it a try with that Revo Uninstaller. Guess what? I get the same error message that it cannot open the key.

So as i was looking at other error messages i get when i restart the computer:
It said it could not find the CNW_Plugin_Setup.msi file. I searched and found it in this folder
    C:\Users\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\IXPOOO.TM~

So when i browse to that particular folder i get this message:

The file C:\Users\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\IXPOOO.TM~\CNW_Plugin_Setup.msi is not a valid installation package for the product AnyMeeting. Try to find the installation package CNW_Plugin_Setup.msi in a folder from which you can install AnyMeeting.

I am a bit lost here because that is exactly what i found when i searched.

Also, triple check to make sure that the key in the error message (make a screen capture image of the error for reference) is spelled EXACTLY the same as the key in the registry, complete with punctuation and/or special characters. Make sure that you differentiate between the slash "/" and backslash "\" characters, if present.

Sorry for the delay. I am not ignoring you but i got in touch with Anymeeting support staff.
So far, they gave me similar instructions you did, with the same result too.
Then, they did a remote session using TeamViewer and got the same error message i told everyone in the first place.
Now, they are escalating the ticket higher. I'll see what they can do, and i'll update you.

I am no longer sure what i can do.
I was in contact with the support staff at AnyMeeting.
They had me try to use the Microsoft Fix-it, which didn't fix it.
Then, they had me try the revouninstaller, which didn't fix it.

Interestingly, when i check in my Add/Remove programs, it is not there.

Here is the last message i described to them after using revouninstaller:
    ****************************
Through that step, i see AnyMeeting as an INSTALLED program even though it is not there in the Control panel. If i try to uninstall it through Revo, it tells me it can only uninstall already installed programs.

I tried Forced Uninstall and it asks me for the exact name of the program and the path. I cannot find the path as i cannot find the program.

To me, it looks like it was uninstalled but incompletely uninstalled, and the leftover is blocked somewhere.
    ******************************

Would you have any better method?
