How to Disable the User Account Icon after PC Sleep
I’m running Windows 7 Home Premium on my desktop and laptop and the only one using these PC’s.
When my laptop goes to sleep and start up, I get the small user account box that says locked. I have to switch users for my name to show and click OK. This sometimes takes time depending on the programs I left open. I’ve never had this with my desktop.
I think I have change my account type to “regular account” but that is grayed out in Control Panel user accounts. My Guess Account is off.
I’m Googling this process to get rid of the user account picture icon process with little luck. I haven’t found a You Tube tutorial yet explaining the process. I’m also going to set my laptop next to my desktop and compare user setting.
What is the process to disable this user account icon after my laptop goes to sleep? It has to be fairly simple.
Thanks!
Mike
