Transfer Video from iPhone 4S to PC
Hello!
I still have a "dumb phone" as my personal cell, but I've been given a smart phone through work. It's an iPhone 4s. The problem I'm having is that my laptop ASUS A55 Series A55A-NB51 Intel Core i5 3210M (2.50GHz) 6GB Memory 750GB HDD 15.6" Notebook Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit will not see my iPhone when plugged in via USB. I have a few videos on there that won't email (tried 2 different email accounts) or text so I can put them on PC. I know that I've read that it's so simple...iPhone will be seen as a camera, blah blah blah. NO LUCK. I tried different USB ports. I've tried standing on one leg while waving iPhone over my head in circles while chanting PLEASE. Again, no luck. I tried some other choice words, too. Whiskey Tango Hotel????????????
Oh, I should also mention that iCloud sees the pics. I understand that it won't see video.
Any suggestions please?
Thank you in advance
K

You could install a wireless transfer app on your phone assuming your work system admin will permit that and then connect to your home wireless and transfer.
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/simp...420821506?mt=8
http://www.photosync-app.com/
You could also check http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1500
That shows you how to disable the camera notification in Windows, so check that and then re-enable if appropriate.
