    New Computer Freezes

    I recently purchased a Toshiba laptop. I have noticed lately that my laptop gets a hiccup. It freezes then resumes what it was doing. Then, it happens again. What is going on to cause this to happen?

    If it's still under warranty, contact Toshiba. If we try to help you with it still under warranty it could void your warranty.

    Remove any unnecessary bloatware from system.
    Scan system with your antivirus software.
