That's weird. When I click my shockwave-flash link,

• In Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome and Internet Explorer 11 Release Preview are redirected to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
  
  
• In Windows 8.1, Internet Explorer is redirected to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/...windows-8.html, and Firefox and Chrome to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
  
  
• In Windows XP Pro, Internet Explorer 8 is redirected to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  
  
• Chrome in Zorin-OS (Linux) 64-bit is redirected to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect
  
  
• Chrome in Slax (Linux) 64-bit is redirected to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Installing Java 7 Update 45 on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 had absolutely NO effect on being able to get Date and Time updates from any of the available ___.time.gov servers, (or time.windows.com for that matter).
