error message at startup - what do I need to change?

After a recent trojan incident (cleared up by Broni in another thread) I'm now left with an error message on startup - although so far everything seems to be working. The message is this:

error loading c:\docume~1\alluse~1\applic~\wihdr.dat

where do I need to go to sort this?
