Resolved [RESOLVED] Unable to Access Webmail

I didn't have any problem accessing my emails from my old ISP website when I was using IE7. I ahve since upgraded to IE8, but still on Windows XP and after many months of not accessing my webmail via my ISP website, I thought I had a email blocked as spam by my ISP webmail site. So I went there hoping to check if this is the case. But to my surprise, I was not able to have the email page loaded. All I get is a white blank page.

When i checked the Privacy Report, it showed that my ISP webmail page is blocked, although:
    1) the ISP home page can be loaded as well as
    2) the email login page.

But on pressing return after entering the login details, the next page is a blank. I have even set the Privacy setting to Low and it still does the same.

I have no such problem using a different laptop running IE8 and Windows7. I also wondered if this is a XP and IE8 problem or the privacy setting ?

I hope someone here can help. Many thanks.

    Try resetting IE to defaults.

In IE8, click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Restore advanced settings button. Click the Reset... button, select/tick the little box next to Delete personal settings > click the Reset button > Close button > OK button then close IE.

Now reopen IE and try to load your email page again.

I think that is the least anyone could do for all the help and time that were given by all the kind people here. Besides, it may help others whose computer is having the same problem as mine.

Once again, thanks for yor help.
