    Formatting hard drive

    I am running Win 7 Home Prem 64 bit sp1.

    Looking to reinstall Windows 7. For a clean install I would like to format the C disk where I'll lay it down.

    My hard drive lay out is below. Question is if I format the C drive would the ones marked recovery and D still exist?

    Yes, if you "format c:" the other two partitions would remain (untouched).
