[Inactive] Unknown Problem
I've been noticing for a while that my computer just doesn't feel right. Something went wrong with Firefox and everything was loading really slow and it was like it was constantly thinking in the background. So I uninstalled EVERYTHING having to do with Firefox. Every temp and cookie file, anything related to it. Scanned with Adaware and Malwarebytes, then reinstalled. Its working fabulous now, but something's still not right. I tried playing Dead Frontier, and I am having constant loading and connection problems. They swear they're not having any problems with the servers, and a "Security Error" where the game disconnects from the server is always on the user's side. That's what they told me. I've also noticed my machine isn't as fast as it used to be. I've seen other people complaining about this, but most people have no problems at all. This is what an admin said:
Randomly not responding to the keyboard is usually graphic lag resulting in input lag(browser can cause those issues also, which can be caused by not enough CPU/RAM available).
Security errors are usually caused by connection "issues" from the player to the server, as in data packets are being lost/super slow to arrive to the server or in some cases having Cheat Engine installed on your computer.
Like I said, I searched it with several programs. I only found a few of the usually minor things you get from typical web browsing, but nothing major. And that's whats worrying me. If there is something on my PC, its sneaky and that probably means its bad news. Can anyone help me figure out what's on my PC and help me find it... if its there? Please?

Before I do anything else, I thought I should stop and tell you what just happened. I tried installing Avast, but when it started my computer froze solid and there was one of those warnings over Avast's icon in my bottom right windows tray. The yellow triangle with the exclamation point. Tried restarting, computer froze solid as soon as Avast loaded. I had to uninstall it in safe mode so I could use my computer again. Computer is working again like it did before I installed it. That was weird. Never seen that happen before with anything I've ever installed.

Someone said I should look for a bad hop to that game server, so I used UO Trace to try and locate one. I think I did. The first entry right after my router is "Unknown", and has a ping of 1516. The IP is 24.125.248.1. That same person wanted to try and help me figure out what that IP is and had me run something in command prompt to find anything suspisious I was connected to, but didn't see anything, so he told me to run TCP View for a while and see if it came up with anything suspicious looking. I'll run it while I sleep. You want me to post up the results or send them to you via personal message?

24.125.248.1. belongs to Comcast so I figure you have one of their silly programs installed. Believe me those programs are not needed.
Uninstall them. Been using comcast myself since they bought out AT&T.

I've heard of some nasty stuff that can freeze your computer if you try to use an anti-virus program, or simply stop an anti-virus program from working. That's why I posted that. But I never got a reply. The red fearsome type isn't necessary, I understand. I was patiently waiting for an answer to what I just quoted. If you say its okay to proceed with something different then I will.
Could it be conflicting with Megabytes?

It is. Some people won't see some things if not in red, bold letters. Nothing personal.
If you've read my reply carefully...

That's why I stopped. I wanted to make sure there was nothing to worry about. Also I'd like to know if Malwarebytes could be causing a conflict. Does that happen often?

MBAM works with every AV program just fine.
simply stop an anti-virus program from working.
That's why I asked you to skip installing an AV program and continue with other steps.
