    adobe flash player

I am trying to access ABC iview to view a tv show. First I had to install the latest Flash Player and enable Javascript.
I think I did this correctly as the install went through ok. I have scripting enabled on my Security settings.
I have also Java plug-in 2SSV Helper in my add ons enabled.
I rebooted and tried again - same message to install and enable.
What else do I need to do for this to work ok. I have Windows 7 and EI9 running.

Did the Flash test video play after the install finished?

I don't understand what you mean. I tried install again and didn't work. Says my browser does not seem to be supported. Stops at about 50% and tells me to delete Internet Explorer. Can't get any further.

    Flash player

I followed instructions of enabling Shockwave Flash in my add ons. All worked perfectly, didn't even need to download anything!
Thanks to all for your help.

Good to hear your problem's been solved.

    For future reference,

    Adobe Flash Player

    and

    Adobe Shockwave Player

    are two different animals.
