[RESOLVED] accessories missing in Windows 8

I am using Windows 8 on a Dell Inspiron N4110 laptop. I wanted to use the "run" command and it was then I noticed that the listing for accessories is missing in "all programs". Does anyone know how I can get it back.

I am using the $5.00 program so I don't have to mess with the metro stuff. I found accessories under windows accessories. But everything is not there. Thanks a lot for the reply.

If you do not see specific items, please let us know what items you might not be finding.

I noticed that missing items were command prompt, connect to projector, and run. Thank you for your reply. I sorry that it took me so long to respond but it is planting time here in Florida.
