[RESOLVED] Opera Will Not Load

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
cpu Intel i5 [email protected] GHz
Memory 8GB

When I try to run Opera I get this message
"Opera has failed to access or upgrade your profile. This may have occured because your computer has insufficient resources available or because some files are locked by other applications. You may have to restart your computer before Opera will start again."

I can right click on the Opera icon and click on "start as administrator" and it will load.

Did you reboot the pc like the message suggested?

If a reboot produces the same results, it may be that some of your Opera configuration files or registry entries are stored in a location that your user profile does not have access to without admin rights.

Rebooting and then even shutting down and restarting was the first and second thing I tried.

How do I access the "user profile"?

Thanks for the replies! I took the chicken way out deleting Opera and redownloading it.
