As far as I can see it will add a KernelEx tab to the properties page of an .exe file, just like the compatibility tab in vista/7/8.

Then you run or install the program with the recommended settings you can cull from various lists such as http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/1524...lity-list-new/, see below, though in some cases you need to spoof the OS version to fool the installer as well.
