We just ran the diagnostic for our hard drive and it checked out ok.
I read an alert about the Java program we have on our computer ~ is this a real alert and an issue we should be concerned with?

Check Control Panel>Add/Remove for your Java version. The current version is Java 7 Update 11: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp It fixes the latest Java vulnerability.
