Messages keep going back to Inbox
Hi everyone, I work for a small business that has there website hosted through Go Daddy.
We keep having this issue with Outlook 2007. We take a message and move it to a sub folder in Outlook or delete the message and when we restart Outlook it's back in the Inbox.
Can anyone help me with this please and thank you?
Cheers
Dave

Where is the MAIL hosted? Also, is the message still in the folder where it was moved to AND in the Inbox again?

Clarify.
Does it actually move back into the "Inbox"
or
Is there one copy in the "Inbox" and another in the "sub folder"?
EDIT: jdc2000 typed faster than me.
Cheers.

As far as I know, there is no copy.
The mail is hosted through Go Daddy.
I'm not at work right now, but I can find out for sure a little bit later.

There is no copy of the email in the folder they move it to.
So basically it's undoing what they did.
To tell you the truth my Outlook at home is doing the same thing and I'm with Bell.
I delete a email or move it to a folder and when I go back in to Outlook it's back in my inbox, like I never moved to begin with.
