Recommend a service which will let me email to a fax machine

    Using XP and Outlook

I have an account which requires that I fax 700 to 800 pages per month. I have no need to receive faxes.

I vaguely recall hearing about email-to-fax, but did not consider it, since I was satisfied with my fax software-to-fax. Now that I have concerns with reliability, I have decided to look into email-to-fax.

Is there a low-cost service you recommend?

My office has a new HP8600 all in one printer that comes with it's own email address. We got to select [email protected] address.

For the volume you're looking at, you'd want to find a Laser version versus an inkjet.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

This free service does not look free to me. The first thing I am told to do is to find a provider. The provider charges, so I am back where I started. Now, I am asking which provider is the best for my needs. Will keep looking.

    Do you have internet access?

If so, who is your internet service provider?

If not, how are you sending email?

I currently use a fax software to fax from my computer to recipients.

I was able to review and understand pricings by several suppliers. The more I looked at the various plans the more I was able to understand the costs.

If I were to choose a supplier, it would probably be Ring Central, which i could get for $20 per month.

Looks like I might have to stay with my fax software because I prepare multi-page documents, e.g., 40 to 50 pages long, with 3-4 pages, only, going to each recipient. In order to use email-to-fax, I would have to save each 3- to 4-page set, separately, to attach to the email. That is too much trouble.

    Thanks for the earlier help.

I think I'm lost here. Why would you need to use fax software to create email?
