    Yes. Did you take ownership of CBS folder?

    Broni--Sorry I was not more clear. Yes, I took ownership of the CBS folder.
    FWIW--I can read all the other .log and .cat files in the CBS folder.

    I don't have any other explanation.
    After taking ownership I have no problem with opening CBS log.
