Raid Wants To Rebuild Itself After Every Hard Shutdown
I have a desktop machine running Windows 7 Ulimate and it has Raid. For some reason if I have to do a hard shutdown the machine wants to rebuild the Raid everytime which takes approximately 7 hours to perform. If I do a normal shutdown or restart it doesn't happen. How can I stop this? The machine has the Intel Rapid Storage Technology software.

What level RAID are you using? A hard power-down of a RAID system is usually a bad idea, and a rebuild is only to be expected. You may want to consider putting that system on a UPS to prevent unwanted power-downs.
