Wrong Drive Reported for W7

I recently bought an HP/Compaq Laptop model Presario CQ62 with Windows 7 preinstalled
The computer starts OK and is working well.
But today I was browsing the System Recovery Options available after I press F8 and selecting Repair Your Computer.
After that various options are shown but at the top of the box the following words appear
Operating System: Windows 7 on (D) Local Disk

Why does it report that? Windows 7 is on drive C.
There is a recovery partition on D according to Explorer.

When you hit "Repair Your Computer" it goes the Windows on D:\ and writes it to C:\.
