Using ipods and a pc.

I have two ipods with different song lists. I want to keep the music separate. (One is popular and the other is religious.)

I used iRip to transfer all of the popular music to itunes. IRip transferred all songs to the Music folder.

I would now like to transfer all of the religious music to itunes, but I am concerned that iRip will send these songs to the same Music folder. Is there any way I can tell iRip to send these to a newly created Religious folder? IRip does not ask one to designate a recipient folder.
