You're getting into some pretty rarefied air in dealing video teleconferencing and related software/hardware.

In a previous job I had I had to get a pro in that industry to come up with various alternatives and price points to have a decent system installed in our venue/hotel.

I unfortunately don't remember any details at all since we decided it was too expensive (approx 20k dollars) just for one small room/installation.
