I went to Microsoft and tried to get support and chose Canada as my place of origin.
When I entered the product key it said that I was in the wrong country.
I realized that my mom bought this in the States.
I couldn't change it no matter what I did, so they wouldn't give me free support.
I doing a reload right now, got tired of fighting with it.
Thanks welshjim, I tried those 2 links already and didn't work.
I've only had a few times where a reload was the only solution but sometimes the computer wins and you lose.
Thanks All
Dave

Next time, you might try exiting IE, running CCleaner to clear your cookies, temp files, etc. then go back and try again.
However, a fresh install is probably better.

lonewolf--Try the telephone approach. Be sure to mention it is a Security issue.

I do not know if you can reach US 866 (free) numbers from Canada.
Another possibility

Again be sure to emphasize this is a Security issue.
