Broni yes I did I deleted the old one and tryed a new one and then combofix extracted it files and the dos box comes up saying prepareing combofix and then some warning boxes come up that say this
manditory update notice:
Warning a critical update is required
combox fix shall now update itself
warning
then the option ok
next box says
version 10-03-09.03
current date is 2012-02-18 Combofix has expired
click yes to run reduced functionality mode
click no to exit

Obviously you didn't delete old Combofix file since it's some file from 2009.

ok in safe mode
go into normal mode and screen black with just white cursor ..safe mode seems fine..good morning broni

Do NOT create new topic regarding same issue.
This time I merged both topics.
