Installing Office 2010 on Two PC's?

I have Office Professional Academic 2010 installed on my PC. I'm looking to get a new laptop soon and didn't know if I can install that same copy onto a new PC.

Currently, I can buy Office Professional Plus 2010 through my company at a great price.

How many different PC's that I own can I install the my personal copy of Office 2010 on? I assume MS has a limit so they can sell more software.

You should be able to install it on 2 computers.
