I've decided on a laptop at Best Buy with a gift certificate I received.

Obviously BB will offer their warranty which is good since laptops are portable. However has anybody used a Squaretrade.com warranty and had a good experience. I have read some good reviews regarding Squaretrade.

I did use Best Buy's warranty once when I dropped a digital SLR. It took 4 weeks but they did give me new camera which was the same model.
