Just to let you know I got in touch with a tech from Microsoft and he sent me an e-mail with four things to try. These did not work. Then, he had me create three files and send them to him. I know they went through because I sent the e-mail to myslf also. I have not had a responce of any kind from him but I did get an e-mail for a survey asking how the "case" was handled. There was no responce to that either. I sent an e-mail asking if things were under review or if anything was happening. No responce to that either. At least the computer is usable.
