upgrading from ddr2 to ddr3

here is what i be doing next year [jan] i have that brand new drr2 that i build in oct .
now i want buy this board .
[ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard.
now i have a cpu roger 265 in my ddr2 .that be ok with drr3 ..
now i have the 750 hardrive in it [ddr2] so if i format it that be good also .right .
so all i need is the board and the 4 gb ram [36.99 ] 7-7-7-18 .
so will be a really sheap up grade .
what do you thing .

my mistake it 21 not 18 .
they are really fast because this is what i use in one off my new ddr3 pc

If the OS is installed, the ram upgrade will not require a clean install of the OS.

cant not use ddr2 ram in a ddr3 mobo .
the grove do not match.
it to because my 4 g in that ddr2 are 5-5-5-15 .cust 100.00.
but cant not use them .
has for os to be installed it is in the ddr2 but i will have install it in my new asus board ..
then i will have to call microsoft for my key to be use again .
