    the only i do some like that i have to get the right word then copy and paste it

    Download and install the latest version 2.0.4 of Hijackthis

    http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

    (not the beta version)

    then run it.. when it's finished click "save log" and let us see the logfile it gives you when it finishes. You can copy/paste the info into this thread. Using that we might be able to stop the program that's causing the popup from running.

    Do NOT check any of the items in the hijackthis window until we give you specific instructions.. removing the wrong item(s) can cause serious problems.

    Run hijackthis again and put a check beside this item only..

    and let hijackthis "fix" it. Keep the backup it makes. Then reboot to see if it solved the problem.

    i did click on fix selected after i check it .
    but it did not take away .i did reboot and the same pop up came up again .
    so what is next that did not work

    Click Start, and in the search box type msconfig.exe. Then in the Startup tab, see if there is an entry for Auto Tune - if there is then uncheck it.

    auto and cpu are from ai-suite stuff

    vey good .no more pop up screen .wooowooo .
    now it was not a big deal because i really never turn off my pc .
    i put it to sleep all the time .well it is set to sleep after 10 minutes ..
    but i do reboot every 3 to 4 days .
    i thing that you have to turn your pc off and back on some time .
    thank you for all your help .
    one more problem solve .lol .
    but with is that i just cant uninstall them .just like avg .cant unistall it .i did use avg for a lot of years and never had a problem uninstall it before .
    ha well i let that go for now .
    has long has my pc run fast .who care .
    i have new pc any way .
