ZoneAlarm alert notification only partially vissible
I am using the latest version of ZoneAlarm on fully patched Win7 on an Asus EP121 slate. The notifications from ZoneAlarm are appearing in the lower right corner of the screen and the lower part of the notification containing the buttons is below the level of the screen (e.g., allow, block). The notification cannot be selected and moved up to make the buttons visible. To re3solve this I therefore need to stop the process causing the pop-up, disconnect from the internet and then close ZoneAlarm and restart it in order to get rid of the notification. I have tried using different resolutions of the screen. However, as I am using the maximum resolution any lesser resolution only make it worse (i.e., less of the notification is visible).
Is there a way to make the notification appear elsewhere (e.g., top right of screen) or other way to fix this?
Regards,
Glyn

I'm not sure about a permanent fix but you could temporarily drag the task bar to either the top (probably best place) or to the side of your desktop to see if that allows you to click the box items next time it appears.

Is your DPI setting larger than 100%?
In XP right-click any blank space on the Desktop and select Properties. Click the Settings tab then the Advanced button. What size is in the DPI Setting: box? If it's over 96 DPI (100%) that could be the problem. Even if it isn't, you might temporarily try lowering it a notch below whatever it's set on now. (Chose Custom setting...).

If you can get the entire window visible once, you should be able to see if there are keyboard shortcuts for the buttons. If those are available, you could use them when the window has focus, even if you can't see the buttons. Alternatively, if you can see which button is the default you can either press Enter (if the default button is the one you want), or press Tab or Shift Tab to select the desired button, and then press Enter.
