cant not uninstall avg

Seems AVG was not correctly installed in the first place.
If you wish to re-install AVG, reboot - which will get rid of a bunch of the old garbage, and then do a re-install.
Or install a different antivirus. Your call.

thank .it was correctly installed i thing .i did like it because i keep get pop up asking to up grade .etc.etc .
i hate pop up .this is why i like to remove it .
then i was going use microsoft essential ???? some like this .

usely the icon is on my desktop page .
i did nor see were to choose to put it when i install it .

I second the motion, regarding Microsoft Security Essentials. I normally have a dim view of most things Microsoft touches, and Windows Defender was a joke; but MS got it right this time. It works at least as well as Avira, and better then Avast and AVG in my opinion. (I'm about to ditch Avira after five years, the newest version has become a daily upgrade sales pitch.)

what this mean .i do have 3 of thsese to unistall .they all say the same thing

so i was reading about how to unistall all that crap that it is left after trying to uninstall all them was to do a CLEAN INSTALL OF WINDOW again but i will have to install all my spyware .etc.etc .

it is not because it slow my pc down .not at all .
you see that motherboard have a turbo update that overclock my ram to 6-6-6-18-20.so if do not use it all it show is 9-9-9-24 .but my ram are 7-7-7-20 in real life .
if i do a clean install again i will have to download one it[turbo update] to use to over clock

Yes, a clean install means' unless you have the programs on a data cd/dvd/memory stick, on a another hdd, you would have to download and reinstall everything when you do a clean install.
