insert upper case letter and numeral

i am trying to register to the asus motherboard but i just cant not do it because i don't know how to put that lettering above ..

[insert upper case letter and numeral].this is the letters and nuber you have to put in the last step to complite the registration .
what that mean anyway .


if is this what they call support .well if you ever register your are a very lucky men .
i even try the phone .no one there ether .
i did register to about 300 forum .maybe more .never had this problem .

Upper Case = capital letters

Numeral = numbers 0 to 9

So in other words they want what you enter to be in the format of ABCD123EFG, for example.

now i did register using internet explorer .
but when i try to log in .it said that my user name and pass word are incoRret .
i gave up with this DEM ASUS MOTHERBOARD REGISTRATION .
enuff is enuff .i have been at it for 2 day now .
what the support that is .

It's the solid row of 134 equal signs ("=") above in your post #8. Since they didn't wrap down to the next line, (because there are no spaces in that line for it to wrap), the line stretches the whole page out wider.

Your send mail server is on the domain HOTMAIL.COM
Your email address is from the domain SYMPATICO.CA

They do not like the fact that you are using two different domains. If your email address ends with SYMPATICO.CA then so should your SMTP (send mail) server name.
