i do have the cd .
al i need is the key's .

Is your dvd a Retail version or an OEM version? (you can't mix and match)

thank you .it is a oem version .
i am using the same key on my old and my first build that i build about 6 weeks ago .
but now on my secound build the one i use now i put in the same key but all i have left is 26 days to put a other set of key .
but with is that 2 of my pc work with the same key but not on my third one .
i did find 2 set from a guy here in town [35.00 each set]oem.
i guess i will have take one of them .
he is gave me the sticker that is in the computer case that he is taking a part ..
i did put in a bid on ebay for a retail version .use version.not new .do you thing that ultimate be good to replace home premium.because i could bid on a few of them
that be the best deal .then i be good for all the computer i have and more .

by the way every nite around 8.30 i get a popup screen telling me to put new key in .is this normal

OEM, once installed, can not be transferred to another computer.

So using it again would be illegal.

Retail can be transferred, after removal from the other computer.

so my best bet is to buy the sticker from the guy that fix computer then .the key am using now are from that guy .
i did buy them last aug after my hard drive stop working and i had to put in a new one in my old pc .
now i did to buy a sheap power supply for my old pc

it activated right away no problem .
now i am legal i thing
