cant not get this light to work help

i have the case an d i have been trying to get the led light to come on .but i just cant not get it to work .
i did falow the motherboard manual how to plug the wire but still no go .this the case brand new .

The LED case lights have a + and a - wire. I assume you tried connecting the 2-pin connector rotated 180 degrees. Did you try connecting in place of a working LED to test to make sure that the LED is good?

i have one + and one-.
i did not rotat them 180 but 1/4 i did .
rigght nor i have the letter on the top .
bottom of the board facing up .
now i will take the dvd out and look and see if there is a led light in there .
if you take a really good look at the picture you will see a little red light at the lsft at the back of the front panel .
i do not have that small light there .
now i do not have the monitor plug in .is that make a difference .
i waithing for my expess 2 video cart because my new board do not have a video build in .my bad .
i will let you knoe in 10 minutes as soon as i take the dvd out .

ok got it .there is 2 light that i cant see up there .
the wire are green and white coming from the light .
so next i will turn the 180 like you said .

You cannot hurt an LED by connecting it with the wrong polarity, so if it doesn't work, just plug the connector in the other way, as JDC2000 said.

Where are you plugging the LED in to?

no go .i did rotat them .
but do i have to plug the - also or only the +
i do not see the - on the pin connection .

i only have one +.
one more thing i did not run the driver yet on the mobo is that could be the problem .my mobo only have a 9 pin male connector on it .so i cant connect my monitor yet till next week

it is really easy there is only 3 pin to connect to

The failure of the power LED to activate has nothing to do with operating system.

According to your N68S3+ manual,
The coloured wire should be on either pin 12 or 13
and
The white wire should be on pin 14.
