new motherboard bios setting help

hi .i just did build my new pc .
now i am going to build one more .a little better .
what i need to know is do i really have to do the bios .cant i just leave it the way it is [default ] because i cant not use the keys to good .to do the bios you cant not use the mouse .
this the board that i be buying [GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+].

I've never yet come across a BIOS that didn't need some setting or other changing. Couldn't you get a friend or family member to help you make the changes?

well i did with the one i just build but it was not down right .
all i need to do is to make sure that i put to sleep .
i mean really sleeping like my old pc .my old pc when i put it tp sleep the computer light etc.etc turn off .
my new one it go to sleep .the power button on the case flash and all the fans .etc.etc stay on .not like my old one .
so really this is all i have to make sure on the power management setup in the bios .
but i was reading a lot of default bois and the way i see it it is set to sleep on the default bios .
i will send you a picture of a default bios

you see the way my daughter boy frend did it .when i put my pc on i get the energystar black screnn plus one more .so i am getting 2 black screnn when i turn it on .
this is as to be set in the bios i thing .
