    Resolved [RESOLVED] I do not know

    Win 7 and IE9. For the past 2 weeks I am not always seeing the picture or whatever is sent to me when I open the Hotmail email. The pic; etc. does show when I tap Forward to send the item to anyone else. Is it my PC or is this caused by the sender's software? Today this happened with a PDF file. Sure is strange. As usual, TIA.
