[Inactive] Do I need to worry / remove?

Reviewing my Startup, I found 2 command that don't ring a bell and I can't find any useful info on the 'net.

Iminent - Program Files\Iminent\SearchTheWeb\Iminent.Notifier.exe

and

imbooster - Program Files\Iminent\IMBooster\imbooster.exe/warmup


sound familar? Disable them?

If you don't use those programs, uninstall them.
